How does the pickup actually work?
Pick a window when you book — morning, afternoon, or evening, Monday through Saturday. Your driver will text a 30-minute heads-up before arriving. Leave the bag at your door, in your lobby, or hand it off in person. You don't need to be home. Wash & fold returns the next day; dry cleaning in 2–3 days.
What's the price actually going to be?
Wash & fold is $2.49/lb with a 12 lb minimum (so $29.88 minimum per pickup). Dry cleaning starts at $5.95/shirt; most garments are under $12. Fold Club is $89/month and gives you 15% off everything plus a locked-in weekly window. We don't tack on fuel surcharges, fold-fees, or "premium service" upcharges. The prices on the homepage are the prices on the bill.
Is there an app?
Yes — and you can use it however you want. Open foldlaundry.com/app in any browser to schedule a pickup in 30 seconds. On your phone, tap your browser's Share → Add to Home Screen (iPhone) or Install app (Android) and it'll behave like a native app — full screen, app icon, the works. SMS scheduling is coming summer 2026.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Text the driver, text the office, or email our dedicated care team — your choice. We re-clean any unsatisfactory items free of charge, and our priority service recovery target is "fixed in an hour." Real humans, no support ticket queue, no chatbot escalation paths.

We're live in LA & SF today and rolling out to 15+ cities by 2027 — San Diego, Seattle, Austin, Denver, Chicago, New York, Boston, Miami, Dallas, and Atlanta are all on the map.
